1. Provision of the Agreement

These conditions are a legally binding Agreement between you and us for the provision of the Service…

• We reserve the right to make changes to the Service as required by law or applicable safety requirements provided that they do not have a material adverse effect on the quality of the Service.

• You may download and make photocopies of files provided on the Website for personal use or for use with a class. However, you may not (without prior written permission from us) redistribute any of these materials for commercial purposes.

• All classes are strictly 1-2 hours long. Be on time always. Classes cancelled on the same day is subject to a cancellation fee.

2. Reservation of Rights

We reserve all of our rights including but not limited to any of and all copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade services and any other proprietary right that we may have in our website and the goods and services may be provided. The use of our rights and properties needs our prior written consent.

3. Payment and Price

Payment for the classes need to be paid for either at the start or at the end of the class. Each class will cost $25-$30 per hour. Cancellation fee for classes cancelled less than 24 hours before the class is $15.

4. Privacy Policy

We are committed to observing standards ensuring that all personal information obtained is used fairly and held securely. The information that you provide about yourself will only be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you have any questions, please contact us at ausesl@hotmail.com.

All personal information collected (such as personal name, address or Email address) is retained and used either for the purposes of improving the Service or to fulfill your wishes or you were given an option to receive communication from us.

We will not disclose any of your personal information except with your permission or under special circumstances such as when we believe in good faith that the law requires disclosure.

Basic rules

2. Please have your paypal account ready for class or have the cash ready. (www.paypal.com)
3. We only use Ausesl.com teaching material. (We can help you for job interviews e.t.c.)
4. Please have a pen and paper ready for class.
5. If you have to change your class time or cancel, please give us 24 hours notice minimum or a $15 charge applies. (If it is an emergency, we will understand)
6. Don't answer your phone in class.
